You’ll most likely just have to provide it a bit more time to rise (the same old recommendation for utilizing whole-wheat flour in making bread vs white bread). Good hub. Good to see how any person else does it. Personally we use a rolling pin to knead the dough, it’s much less pressure on our dodgy outdated joints.
